By subscribing to any of the Mobile Protection Guard Plans (Basic, Standard, or Premium), you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Plan Validity :-The plan becomes active from the date of purchase and remains valid for the duration specified:
    Basic Plan: 3 months
    Standard Plan: 6 months
    Premium Plan: 12 months

2. Service Eligibility :-Services are available only while the subscription is active.The plan is linked to a single mobile device and cannot be transferred to another device or person.

3. Screen Guard Replacement :-Unlimited replacements are applicable only if the screen guard is broken due to accidental damage.“Normal replacements” refer to non-damaged, voluntary replacements (e.g., scratches or preference).
     Basic: 2 normal replacements
     Standard: 3 normal replacements
     Premium: 10 normal replacements
Replacements beyond the limit will be charged at standard rates.

4. Protective Shells :-Offered as per the plan:
    Standard: 1 free shell
    Premium: 3 free shells (provided at intervals)
Shells are based on model availability. If not in stock, a suitable alternative will be provided or the delivery will be deferred.

5. Repair Discounts :- Discounts on mobile repair services are:
    Basic: 5%
    Standard: 10%
    Premium: 15%
Discount applies only to services availed during the active subscription period.
6. Service Mode :-All replacements and support will be provided via free doorstep service.Service may be limited to select areas. You will be informed during subscription if your area is eligible.

7. VIP Support (Premium Plan only):-Premium users get priority scheduling and faster response times.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy :-Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated.Users may cancel anytime, but no partial refunds will be issued.

9. Misuse & Fraud:-B ANDROID SOLUTIONS reserves the right to suspend or cancel the subscription without refund in case of suspected misuse, such as:Excessive or fake damage claimsUsing the plan for multiple devicesSelling benefits to third parties

10. Changes to PlansWe reserve the right to modify the pricing, benefits, or terms of the plans. Subscribers will be notified in advance.
